DIET

counting from the first day..today is the fifth day..

(1) having breakfast like KING
(2) having lunch like the populace
(3) having dinner like beggar
(4) swimming everyday

Tat's pat's rule for successfully having a great body shape in three months holiday

I am not FAT..and i can consider as SLIM..actually..

Tat's why when i start telling people tat..i gonna diet..so NO supper, NO lim teh , NO KFC, NO bla bla bla and bla..

Their first reaction is :" YOU "KI-XIAO" a??!!

Let me explain the purpose i wanna diet..

All becoz of BEER(clubbin) and supper..(i think so)

The Extra-oily-meat wont "grown" in anywhere of my body except my belly..

so i have to prevent my belly keep growing new Fresh-oily-meat...i have to start my "diet journey"

just keep follow the rules tat i stated, i am sure by the time going back school..i will impress all my fellow friends...hiak hiak hiak...
